Valve’s Steam Deck is now shipping out to early preorderers of the handheld PC device. It’s a new idea, a proprietary console made by Valve with a custom Linux-based OS designed specifically for PC games. As with most new ideas, there are still some kinks to work out. Less than a week ago Epic Games added some exciting new content toFortnite. Both tornadoes and lightning were introduced toFortnite, with tornadoes picking up and launching players into the air, and lighting lightly shocking players before granting them a temporary speed boost. While tornadoes and lighting do add some fun gameplay toFortnite, they’re also simply very cool to see on the map. Epic likes them so much that it even dropped a hotfix that increases the rate of tornadoes and lightning....

Another week, more challenges to complete inFortnite. The tasks this week are a bit different than usual, requiring squads touse superpowers to score eliminationsas well as utilizing one older game feature. That feature is the Rifts that have opened up around the map. Rifts were a part ofFortnite’s map for a while, but eventually disappeared.
