Twice, also known as Jin Bubaigawara, was first introduced as a goofy character, without much depth. However, it soon became obvious how much of a threat his ability posed to the hero-themed society. His quirk makes him significantly stronger than his opponents and difficult to beat in battle. His bloodthirsty nature only adds to his drive. He fights for pleasure and simply seeks any avenue to be as violent as he could possibly be.
7Overhaul
Kai Chisaki is named after his quirk called Overhaul. His physical build doesn’t quite match his ability to basically create what he desires from the matter of anything and anyone. He did this with Rappawhen he killed himby disassembling his body and then putting it back together.
His quirk also gives him the power to use other quirks by merging his body with the wielder. With this immense power, Overhaul became a villain that was greatly feared and recognized by other villains in the story.
6Himiko Toga
One of the most significant villains of the story, Toga belonged to theLeague of Villains, and served as an opposing force in several arcs, like the Forest Training Camp Arc, where she fought Tsuyu Asui and Ochaco Uraraka.
With her quirk, Transform, she has the power to take the form of someone else simply by drinking their blood to gain access. As an upgrade to her power, while she fought Curious, she became able to copy beyond physical appearance, and also take on quirks she is interested in.
5Gigantomachia
Gigantomachia is fearsome even in appearance alone, with hisextremely tall and rough body. As a member of the Paranormal Liberation Front, he was a major feature in the Paranormal Liberation War.
Gigantomachia is basically the muscle of any operation and not the brain, as he’s only good at executing orders. But as the servant of the dangerous All for One, his actions are tied to the will of great evil, making him a huge threat. Added to that, he fights with quirks apart from his original one.
4Dabi
Dabi, whose real name is Toya Todoroki, is oddly the son of Endeavor, who is a hero. After going insane, he became a villain hungry for revenge and was an opposing forcein several arcs of the story.
For example, in the Pro Hero Arc, he worked with Hawks to bring about High End’s attack on Kyushu. With his quirk Blueflame, Dabi has the power to produce and use blue flames powerful enough to rival those used by his father, Endeavor. He also has a number of ultimate moves and added skills like his intelligence.
3Stain
Chizome Akaguro, known as Stain, played a huge role in the Field Training Arc, also called the Vs. Hero Killer Arc. His quirk is called the Bloodcurdle, and it makes him capable of paralyzing his opponents for a maximum of eight minutes, depending on their blood type.
