Assassin’s Creed Valhallais the game that just keeps on giving, there always something new to do. With Ubisoft updatingAssassin’s Creed Valhalla’s content roadmap, players now know exactly what is coming and when.

Since its launch in 2020,Valhallahas been receiving steady updates and support, giving players more activities to complete while making the game better in the process. LikeAssassin’s Creed OriginsandOdysseybefore it,Valhallais a sprawling game that by itself can take hundreds of hours to finish before even starting the litany of extra content Ubisoft has added since its release. Over the summer,Valhallareceived the Siege of Paris DLCwhere, as the name details, it takes Eivor to France and participate in the greatest viking conquest ever attempted. Ubisoft tweeted out an updated content map forValhalla, giving fans an idea of when and what they can expect. The update lists four events, two of which having definitive dates, and the other two just having time slots. Title update 1.3.2 will launch on October 5, and a new free expansion “Discovery Tour: Viking Age” releases on October 19. As for the other updates, title update 1.4.0 andValhalla’s Oskoreia Festival event can be expected sometime this fall.

The Discovery Tour mode makes its return inValhalla, after being included in the previous two games. Players get dropped into the Viking Age as a regular person and can learn about the history of this time in an educational format, plus earn some exclusive cosmetic items for Eivor while they are at it.Valhalla’s Oskoreia Festival was previously datamined, making this event not a new announcement for some. This event will likely be similar to the Sigblot Festival, where players will have new objectives and quests to complete to earn tokens that can be used to buy exclusive items.

As the content map shows,Valhalla’s updates seems to be pretty balanced between game tweaking and new activites. It is important in a game of this magnitude that if there is a variety of things for the player to do, that they all are meaningful and rewarding for the player to complete. Between the Discovery Tour and Oskoreia’s Festival, players will certainly have their hands full trying to find and collect everything.Valhallacan still go many places historically, especially in its next formal DLC, so until then, Ubisoft needs to stay vigilant in providing updates like these.

Assassin’s Creed Valhallais available on Luna, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
