There are a lot of things currently going on with Infinity Ward’s popular battle royale title,Call of Duty: Warzone. The various bunkers dotted around the Verdansk map can now be opened by players for random rewards, dataminers discovered the existence of Black Ops style content, and new leaks seem to indicate that alarge portion of the map is going to change. Outside of all that, Season 4 is on the horizon, which should also have a fair share of secrets to uncover. As exciting as all that may be, new bugs continue to creep into the game including a potentially game ending one.
At the apartment complex near the Verdansk graveyard is a large delivery style truck that can’t be driven. It’s backed up against the wall of the building and the back trailer opened up against a window that can be jumped through. Typically, many vehicles like this delivery truck contains some sort of loot to obtain, making it pretty appealing forCall of Duty: Warzoneplayers to jump in and explore. However, this particular truck hides a nasty bug for those who enter.

Once inside the back of the trailer, players are unable to get back out no matter what technique they try from mantling through the window, sliding, to crouch jumping. The space looks innocent enough and the window more than reachable, though its clear that something behind the scenes is making the At this point, the player is physically stuck there until another player, the encroaching gas gets them, or some form of controller wizardry actually frees them.
However, this trap has also claimed multiple squads who get a little too greedy for loot. One player posted a video of them getting taken out by an opposing team after getting stuck inside the truck trap. Revenge would be swift and dealt by the game itself as the team then entered the truck to claim the loot dropped by the player only to then be stuck inside themselves. Clearly, the area becomes more appealing the more loot that is dropped inside.
At this time, Infinity Ward has yet to comment on this issue, but some players have found that performing some truly outrageous movements can get the jump done. Jump, crouch, and tactically sprinting occasionally works, though reports indicate that getting on the windowsill, turning 90 degrees, going prone, and then moving sideways out of the window typically works. Others have grabbeda small vehicle like an ATV, driven it into the apartment, and the trapped player is given the option to enter the vehicle.
While there doesn’t seem to be a fix for this issue coming anytime soon, Infinity Ward has updated players on whichbugs and glitches would be fixedby the time season 4 arrives next week. Warzone is getting a bunch of fixes including one that allowed players to access non-Gulag weapons during the 1 on 1 fight.
Call of Duty: Warzoneis currently available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
