One of the most popular horror games of this generation is 2021’sResident Evil Village, the latest entry in Capcom’s blockbuster franchise. The sales ofResident Evil Villageare some of the best that the franchise has ever seen, bolstered by post-launch support such as the Mercenaries mode, which allows players the chance to control some of the game’s most menacing villains likeLady Dimitrescu and Heisenberg. Another story expansion for the game, the Winters Expansion, is also slated for this October, giving fans the chance to experience a new story DLC Campaign featuring Rose Winters.
With the expansion launching in just about a month, Capcom is celebrating by giving fans a chance to get a digital wallpaper based onResident Evil Village. In order for fans to obtain this little goodie, they must complete a survey on the company’s official website, which will be available for a limited time. This survey will be available until October 1, and while it is intended for players who have purchased and played the game, it can be completed by fans who haven’t played the game yet.

This survey asks if the one in question has purchased the game, and depending on the answer, the questions will differ. Players who answered that they have purchased the game will be asked what platform they bought it on, for example, while those who answered no will have their first question asking them if they playedResident Evil Village’s demoinstead.
From there, players will be asked a series of questions related to whether or not they’ve played the game, what platform they’d be playing it most on, and if they’ve completed the game. The questions will also ask players to rate aspects ofResident Evil Village, such as its characters, story, gameplay, and more. The end of the questionnaire also gives fans a chance to directly provide feedback to Capcom about the game and what they’d like to see inthe nextResident Evilentry.
After the last set of questions, the final page emphasizes feedback for the game, this time asking players their opinions on specific elements, such as the puzzles, the atmosphere, andResident Evil Village’s Mercenaries mode. Regardless of how a fan answers throughout the survey, they will all get the chance to earn a wallpaper, which comes in many formats and dimensions, being able to fit PC, iPhone, and Android devices.
Resident Evil Villageis out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
