Final Fantasy Tacticsis in desperate need of either a remake, or more importantly, a sequel. Maybe a remake of this classic would revitalize interest.

Anyway, the point is whatever is done to the series, this game is one of the best tactical RPGs ever made and remains a template to everything that has come after it. This includes games from Square Enix along with other companies. It deserves more than a phone port.

1Leave It: Final Fantasy Explorers

There needs to be more multiplayer games in the franchise. This game, which tried to beMonster Hunteron 3DS, andFinal Fantasy Crystal Chronicleswere the two big attempts.

The latter of the two, as it was mentioned earlier, is getting a remaster, but there are still two more games in that sub-franchise. While those two and this may get more traction on modern consoles with a remake or remaster, it might be better to just leave them alone and make a sequel for either instead.
