Fire Emblem Engage DLC: The Brash General

Players will start this DLC map with a selection of 8Fire Emblem EngageUnits. Choose the best team with a variety of different kinds of units; there are all sorts of different types on the field to take on. Make sure to bring along a couple of mages, as Hector has very low Resistance. On this map, players will notice a handful of purple caves; each cave shoots out a stream of gas that poisons any unit in the way, enemy or friendly. Make sure to use this to Alear and the team’s advantage by poisoning enemies.

The units players will have to battle will depend on what difficulty players are on and how far along they are in the story. Keep an eye out for crit weapons, magical weapons, and advanced units. Players will have to look over each one to see what kind of enemies they will have to take on. The level of units also changes how manyRevival StonesHector will have when the battle begins –he can have one or two.

Hector is armored, unbreakable, and anchored. He has a lot of physical defense but very low magic defense, so players should take advantage of that fact. Here are all of his attacks and passives.

Out on the field, the moment the battle begins, there will be several staff users with break staffs that will immediately break units. Keep this in mind when moving units forward into attack range. At the end of turns 4 and 7, more units will spawn on the battlefield near where players entered. Once units step into the lane where Hector is, he will engage and begin to move forward.

There are two possible bonus dialogue situations: one whenDivine Dragon Alearengages Hector for the first time, and the other is if players beat Hector while in possession of Lyn.
