Fortnite’s punch cards are an excellent way to earn some extra XP, but the criteria for filling them in isn’t always clear. The Chauffeur condition for the N1 punch card can be especially perplexing, but like many other challenges, satisfying it is simple and easy with a willing partner—and an enormous challenge without one.

Those unfamiliar withFortnite’s cars may want to brush up on the game’s latest addition before setting out. Each car handles differently and has its own set of stats, so knowing the right ride for the job will help. At the very least, learning how to refuel cars when they run out of gaswill prove invaluable for this quest.

To clear the card, players will first need access to a car or pick-up truck. Salty Springs is a reliable drop point for finding motor vehicles, so their best bet is to head there with a partner. Once they are in the driver’s seat, have your partner hop in the passenger seat, or the bed of the pick-up. After that, go for a lengthy cruise. The milestone players need to hit is 25,000 in-game meters, which may sound like a lot, but it goes quickly, and providesa fun opportunity to sample all of Fortnite’s in-game radio stations.

It is possible to complete the challenge without a teammate—ideally by coming to an understanding with an opponent ahead of time to plan logistics. True daredevils can attempt to ferry an enemy on the roof of their vehicle or the bed of a pick up, though the challenge will likely be harder since your passenger may attempt to shoot players, or hit them with a pickaxe during the drive. And as the end of Athlon’s video demonstrates, drivers are still vulnerable to external melee attacks while in the car.

As expected from a major new feature like cars, the Chauffeur punch card task isn’t the only challenge that incorporates driving. The full list ofFortnite’sweekly challenges leakedin advance of yesterday’s update, and has now gone live. One such challenge includes a time trial: driving from Retail Row to Pleasant Place in under 4 minutes.

Players should attempt to clear these challenges as soon as possible, as new updates are often accompanied by growing pains such as glitches and hot-fixes that may disrupt the challenge. Earlier this week, two major glitches forced Epic to disable boats inFortnite. A similar hiccup with cars could require a comparable fix, and delay progression.

Cars aren’t the only new addition to hit the battle royale in this update. Dataminers have combed through all the files andleaked every new skin and cosmetic added toFortnitein update V13.40.

Fortniteis available now on Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, Windows PC, and mobile devices.
