There are three main areas in Simulanka Island and each one has a certain number of Excerpts of Bliss, which you’re able to exchange to get Kirara’s outfit. For those who don’t have Kirara, the event also offers the character for free after fabricating 60 figurines.
How To Get Kirara Outfit From Simulanka Island In Genshin Impact
To get Kirara’s outfit inGenshin Impact, which is called the Phantom in Boots, players mustcollect a total of 125 Excerpts of Bliss. While it is a rather large amount, keep in mind that almost allexploration in Simulanka rewards Excerpts of Bliss.
If, by any chance, Travelers are unable to obtain Kirara’s Phantom in Boots, there is another way to get it, but not for free. The outfit will be added to the in-game shop once the event is over for 1,680 Genesis Crystals, like the rest of the 4-Star characters' outfits.
How To Collect Excerpts Of Bliss In Genshin Impact
There are several methods to obtain Excerpts of Bliss and some reward more than others.
Although the item is marked on the mini-map, some will have difficulties locating it. Luckily, by collecting 75 Excerpts of Bliss and 200, you will get the Jocund Letters and the Joyous Letters respectively. Both gadgets will help you collect the Excerpts of Blessing, except that the former is in a certain AoE while the latter is in all Simulanka.

The Excerpts of Bliss can also be found in the wild, scattered around Simulanka Island. Simplyapproach and collect Jubilant Featherto get three Excerpts of Bliss. Players can find this item represented on the mini-map by a small piece of paper. Some of the Excerpts of Bliss are in plain sight while others are hidden on the highest mountains or deep inside a cave.
