Raw Meat Sources In Genshin Impact
There are three reliable ways to get raw meat; by hunting animals, purchasing from a shop, or via expeditions. So, players should pick the method that works best for them. The more raw meat players have on hand, themore meals they’ll be able to cook when at a campfire, so it never hurts to get as much as possible.
Brightcrown Canyon
As previously mentioned, the primary way to get raw meat is tohunt animals, but there is one location that works exceptionally well for this. In the area around Brightcrown Canyon, tons of Boars can be found roaming the highlands. Players need to be careful, as these creatures will run off if they see one of their own killed, so it’s important to be quick. To make this easier, here are a few tips:
East Of Dunyu Ruins
Next, thespot east of Dunyu Ruinshas five Boars around. There are also some smaller animals in the area.
The spot southwest of Qingce also facilitates three Boars.
Qingce Village
In the Qingce Village itself, there are five Boars around the garden. However, they’re pretty far from each other.
Tianqiu Valley
Next, around Tianqiu Valley, players can find many types of creatures. Both the northern and southern part accommodates Boars, Foxes, and Squirrels alike.
Starfell Lake
There aren’t any Boars around Starfell Lake, but the small creatures can still be worth farming.
Stone Gate
Stone Gate is the border between Mondstadt and Liyue.Travelers can utilize the Pale Flame domainto reach the area. There, they will find various kinds of animals that drop raw meats.
Snowboar In Dragonspine
Other than getting raw meat immediately, players can alsoprocess one chilled meat to get one raw meat.To get the frozen pork, players can bring a Pyro character across the shore east of Dragonspine.
The Great Snowboar King
For those looking for more challenges, the Great Snowboar King willdrop six to ten chilled meat. Assuming players manage to defeat it, that is.
Purchase From Draff In Springvale
For those that don’t fancy the idea of hunting Boars to near extinction, raw meat can also be bought withMora, butplayers won’t find it on the menu in the Good Hunter. Instead, warp to Springvale in the Mondstadt region and speak with Draff.
As long as players talk to him during the daytime, they can browse his shop and find raw meat among his wares. He’s currently the only shopkeeper that sells this resource, and it costs 240 Mora per piece. He also has a daily limit of 10 raw meat.
Send Characters On Expeditions
Finally, players can also get raw meat from expeditions. There are currently two expeditions (one in Windrise, and another in Musoujin Gorge) that reward raw meat for completion, so players can get 16-24 raw meat every 20 hours with this method. Of course, this time can be reduced by using eitherFischl, Kujou Sara, or Bennett for their reduced expedition time.
