Once Version 3.4 ofGenshin Impactwas released, players had already been introduced to the winding tunnels of Sumeru and its many hidden passageways beneath the forest. The Desert of Hadramaveth was no joke when it came to the additional plethora of mazes that players have come to know as the Wenut tunnels. InGenshin Impact, the Wenut is a predator that lurks beneath the sub-region of the Great Red Sands, known for its territorial instincts and ability to build a hive network of caves and holes underground.

As such, the game has made things a little tricky for players this time, as now Travelers will have to navigate through the Wenut tunnels without any help and unlock all the secret passages to make exploration easier. An achievement that can go unnoticed and be a little difficult to accomplish is the “Isn’t Life Wondrous” Achievement, and it involves successfullynavigating through the Wenut tunnelsand opening up three totems underground.

Isn’t Life Wondrous Achievement

Players will first need to head to the southwest teleportation point in the Passage of Ghouls and drop into the pit where the Setekh Wenut boss resides. It’s important to be wary of not getting too close and triggering the fight sequence, since players will need to glide straight and keep an eye out for a Seelie. If the Seelie is not there, there is a high chance Travelers have previously followed the Seelie home and notcompleted the totem puzzleto receive the achievement.

Either way, players can still continue straight on until they find a hole in the ground. It is from here that travelers will have to drop into the hole and make a sharp right. Once Travelers continue straight ahead, they will come to a clearing with other Dendro totems, rock puzzle formations, and a massive Consecrated Scorpion.

Players can opt to ignore the enemies and run straight towards the Dendro sigil behind the Consecrated Scorpion. The Dendro sigil will lead players inside a mini tunnel where the first Dendro totem that needs to be activated is. By keeping to the left and continuing on, players will find the Dendro totem next to an entrance blocked by branches.

Once activated the branches will open and unlock one section of the Wenut tunnels. Once that is completed, instead of going through the new opening, players will need to make a 180-degree turn and head southeast toward another hole in the ground. Gliding down and heading left will have them come face to face with theConsecrated Flying Serpent about 100 metersaway.

Behind the Flying Serpent is an Anemo totem that needs to be lit up which will glide Travelers up to the previous platform with the opening and another higher platform where the City of the Deceased Domain is located.

Travelers now need to head in the opposite direction of the Domain, past the Pyro Abyss Mage and towards a Mora stone. Players can click on this Mora stone, however, they should be wary as this stone gives way to another pit, and they will have to run all the way back the same way before.

Thus, players need only keep to their left and headpast the Stonehide Lawachurland the Challenge to enter a small area similar to the initial one; there will be a Dendro totem on the left which will also be blocked by a series of branches. Once activated, the achievement will be awarded and Travelers will now have full access to the Wenut tunnels without any closed-off sections, making exploration and puzzle completion easier.

Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4 and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
