Honkai: Star Railhas confirmed the next major banner coming in phase 2 of its release version. Developed byGenshin Impactcreators HoYoVerse,Honkai: Star Railis a turn-based RPG that came out on April 2023 for PC and mobile devices.

Now, HoYoVerse has revealed all the characters gamers can try to obtain in phase two of its launch version.

Players can try to get the limited 5-star character Jing Yuan when this banner drops on July 08, 2025. Jing Yuan is aLightning character inHonkai: Star Rail, with The Erudition as his Path, and he is considered to be one of the strongest Lightning characters in the game. In addition to Jing Yuan, 4-star characters Tingyun, Sushang, and March 7th will have boosted drop rates, giving users a better chance of obtaining them.
Tingyun is likely the most sought-after 4-star character from this list, as she is arguably thebest 4-star character inHonkai: Star Rail. Sushang has also received praise, as she takes the fourth spot on this list, while March 7th is at the eighth spot in the rankings. As these events run for three weeks, players should note that this banner will be available until Jul 27, 2025.
TheSeele banner was a massive success forHonkai: Star Rail, as it generated an impressive amount of revenue for the development team. This report revealed that the Seele banner reached $28,811,140 as of July 06, 2025, around 10 days after its launch in April. Fans should note that this data only considered iOS revenue in China, so the total figure will likely be higher than this already impressive number. It’ll be interesting to see if the Jing Yuan banner is able to surpass the Seele banner, as there appears to be a ton of hype behind him.
While Jing Yuan and Seele are considered strong, the other5-star characters inHonkai: Star Railcan also prove to be highly effective. The best ones are likely Bronya, Bailu, Welt, and Clara, with each character having different strengths that serve a unique purpose on the battlefield.
