A new leak fromHonkai: Star Railhas revealed six new five-star characters planned for the popular sci-fi RPG throughout the coming updates, including highly-anticipated units like Jingliu. The debut of the newest game fromGenshin Impactdeveloper HoYoversehas already been met with massive success in the months since its launch. The RPG following the members of the Astral Express would quickly amass more than 20 million downloads within just a day, with its gacha banners achieving similar earnings to its predecessor. Now, even more highly-anticipated characters are expected to be coming to the game soon.
WhileHonkai: Star Railwasreleased with a sizable roster of more than 20 playable characters to acquire, HoYoverse has continued to expand its character pool throughout subsequent updates. Version 1.1 saw the introduction of Silver Wolf, Luocha, and Yukong as three new characters with the game’s first update. The upcoming Version 1.2 will similarly bring a trio of new cast members to the roster with the addition of Kafka, Blade, and Luka. According to recent leaks,Star Rail’s cast is set to grow even larger throughout the next few updates.

A new update from HoYoverse leaker Dimbreath has revealed six newfive-star characters planned forHonkai: Star Rail, confirming their release order. The post begins with new characters Dan Heng IL,also known as Imbibitor Lunae, and Fu Xuan, both already confirmed to be released in Version 1.3. Dimbreath goes on to reveal the next batch of five-star characters with Topaz, Jingliu, Huohuo, and Argenti as the five-star units following Version 1.3. Based onStar Rail’s current trend, Topaz and Jingliu will likely come with Version 1.4 while Huohuo and Argenti will follow in 1.5.
The reveal ofHonkai: Star Rail’s character release order comes as gameplay has already been leaked for several of the upcoming roster members.Topaz has seen early teasers of her appearanceas well as her element and Path, confirming her to be a Fire character in the DPS-oriented Hunt Path. Jingliu has even seen videos of her gameplay fromHonkai: Star Rail’s in-development server leaked, showing off her unique Transcendence mechanic as well as her Basic Attack and Skill.
With a plethora of new characters planned forHonkai: Star Rail’s upcoming patches, HoYoverse has continued to provide plenty of ways for players to earn more Stellar Jades. Recent leaks have suggested that Version 1.2 will feature a trial run forall ofHonkai: Star Rail’s Standard five-star characters, giving out Stellar Jades as rewards for completion. The update will also bring several additions to the game’s permanent content, including a new World for Simulated Universe and a new weekly boss.Honkai: Star Railis set to expand significantly with new characters and content throughout the coming updates.
