The most basic and realistic thing players can do to avoid lightning strikes is tounequip any weapons, shields, or bows that have metal in them. Players can tell which items attract lightning in the overworld by checking which ones have a shine to them and in the menu by identifying that same sparkle.
Most swords will attract lightning due to the metal blade, so construct weapons/wooden ones are a safe choice. This is where players cantake advantage of fused weaponsto really boost attack. If the player does not have any of those, it might be worth skipping time bysitting by a fire until the storm is over.
How To Resist Lightning in Tears of the Kingdom
The most effective way to avoid lightning inTears of the Kingdomis by equipping armor that resists it. There are two options for this, one being theRubber Setand the other being the much harder-to-getThunder Helm.
The Rubber Set can be found at coordinates ‘0083 - 1117 - 0002’inside Whistling Hill Cave, Hyrule Field. The cave has several electric-based enemies inside and a few breakable rock barriers. This set gives incredible shock resistance.
