“City of Love” is one of Penacony’s hidden achievements inHonkai: Star Rail. It’s an achievement introduced in version 2.2, which makes it late-game side content that can be easily overlooked by players mainlining Trailblaze Missions. Tracking down the characters involved in “City of Love” also takes a bit of legwork, as players need to retread old locations and new maps introduced in 2.2.
To start, players need to progress to Trailblaze Missions that unlock the necessary locations for the quest. They then need to explore these areas to find the NPCs and teleportation points to cut travel time down. While players cantune the emotionsof the involved NPCs, it’s not necessary to unlock “City of Love.”
Where In Penacony Can You Unlock City Of Love?
The secret achievement “City of Love” involves two locations in Penacony.Hurrylove, the Billboard in Love, works atOti MallinGolden Hour. Golden Hour automatically unlocks at the start of the Penacony storyline, so players shouldn’t have problems reaching Hurrylove.
What players may have difficulty with is reachingCloda. Endgame players caught up with “Farewell, Penacony” likely already haveDreamflux Reefunlocked. Otherwise, Trailblazers need to get to “Small Town Grotesque.” This is the third part of the Trailblaze Mission “In Our Time.”
What Do You Need To Do To Unlock City Of Love?
Unlocking “City of Love” is a fairly straightforward process. Trailblazers only need to talk to Hurrylove at Oti Mall and exhaust his speech tree. Meeting Hurrylove also counts towards the “We Are All Friends Here” achievement, which requires players to meet all types of animated billboards.
Hurrylove’s dream lady is Cloda, a self-proclaimed interstellar cowgirl. She’s hiding at Jessie’s Snack at Dreamflux Reef, to the left of the central area. Like Hurrylove, tuning Cloda’s Emotions isn’t necessary, but if players wantto earn achievementsrelated to tuning emotions, they can tune her Emotions with Clockwork.
Step-By-Step Guide To Unlock City Of Love Hidden Achievement
To unlock “City of Love,” go to Hurrylove at Oti Mall. Oti Mall has its own Space Anchor on theeast side of F2 Golden Hour. Once teleported at Oti Mall, turn left and run up the stairs. Head straight until the dead end, then turn right and walk towards the dancing billboard.
Answer any of the three choices, and then answer any of the two (“I haven’t seen her” or “I will let her know”). Exit the conversation with Hurrylove or activate Clockwork. Open up the map, anduse theTimesplit SquareSpace Anchor in the middle ofDreamflux Reef’s F2.
Turn to the left, go up the mini steps, then immediately turn right. Go straight then down the stairs to the left, cross the plaza, and go up the stairs. EnterJessie’s Snack, the open bar to the right, and talk toCloda,the interstellar Cowgirl.
Select 1 or 2, then “Are you up for a chat?” and “Have we met somewhere?” Tell Cloda she wason a billboardand that itgave her a message. “City of Love” will unlock after the conversation ends.
