PopularTwitchstreamer Matthew “Mizkif” Rinaudo has teased that he may be selling his content house now that an investigation into him by a third-party investigator found no wrongdoing. Mizkif and fellowOne True Kingmember Esfand live on the same lot in Austin, Texas, but Mizkif may be replaced in the house by a different Twitch creator in the future.

During a recentTwitchlivestream, Mizkif hinted that he may be selling his house to fellow content creator Knut Spildrejorde from Norway after the Norwegian expressed interest in it. Mizkif first moved into the Austin, Texas abode back in September 2020, and since then, he and other OTK members have created hundreds of hours of entertainment through Twitch, YouTube, and other One True King channels. Although he hasn’t been at the Austin location for too long, Mizkif seems ready to leave after apologizing for an insensitive comeback from his leave of absence during the third-party investigation.

During a December 31 stream, Mizkif stated that he’s told people that he wants to sell his house and move, and in response to one of these messages, Knut Spildrejorde shared a Tryhard emoji. Mizkif followed up with the successful Norwegian Twitch streamer to gauge his interest in the Austin, Texas content house, to which Knut expressed his desire in buying the abode. According to Mizkif, Knut proposed spending about half on the house thanthe popular Twitch streamerwas ready to list it for, but he stated that he thinks it would be funny if the Norwegian content creator was streaming from his former setup.

Mizkif confirmed that he would like Knut to purchase his house because of the potential humor, and he speculated on what his fellow content creator may put in the bins behind him other than “some Stream Elements merch.” Although theformer One True King board memberadmitted that Knut undercut the worth of his house with an offer, he conveyed confidence that a deal could be made after a Camp Knut event, a workout program that the Norwegian content creator runs with fellow streamers to get their bodies in shape. While Mizkif may be in the process of selling his Austin, Texas content house, it may be a while before he sells it to Knut or any other prospective buyer, given how long the process can take.

Mizkif and Knut are no strangers as the two have done collaborative content together in the past, and the Norwegian streamer often does Just ChattingTwitch reactcontent to OTK content as well. Though Mizkif may be selling his house to Knut or another popular content creator, it’s currently unclear how his role with OTK will change if he moves or if the new resident may become a full-fledged or honorary member of the group due to the proximity.
