How to Add Friends in Monopoly GO
There are three ways to add friends inMonopoly GO:
While most of these options are accessible through the Friends menu at the bottom right corner of the screen, others require a bit more effort. Here’s a brief explanation of all the ways you can add friends in Monopoly GO:
Contact List
Connect the contact list of your phone toMonopoly GOand add friends. With this option, players need to share their phone number and access to their contact list. This way, your friends who have just downloaded the game will be automatically added. After linking your contacts withMonopoly GO, you may unlink it by going to the game’s permissions.
The most convenient method to add friends inMonopoly GOis through Facebook. This saves you the trouble of sending invites to your friends one-by-one. Every friend in your Facebook friend list who playsMonopoly GOwill be automatically added. All you need to do is link your Facebook account withMonopoly GO, and the job is done. The more friends you add,the more rewards you reap.This is the perfect option for players who are not comfortable sharing their phone numbers.
Invite Link
If you have friends who haven’t triedMonopoly GO, you’re able to send them the invite link. Opening the link will take them to the store page where they can download the game and install it on their phones. Friend Codes
Friend Codes were recently introduced as an alternative to the invite link. Each player has a specific digital ID that makes it easy for others to find and add you directly in the game. Tycoon Cards
Tycoon Cards are like mini profiles that give you a snapshot of another player. These cards show off a player’s achievements, like theirNet Worth, the tokens and shields they’re using, and even how active they’ve been. You can actually peek at someone’s Tycoon Cardbeforeyou send a friend request. This is super handy for seeing if they seem like an active player who’d be a good partner for events or sticker trading.
To view a Tycoon Card, just tap on someone’s avatar in the game. you may usually do this from your friends list, the leaderboards, or even when they hit your board with a Shutdown or Bank Heist. Once you’ve checked out their card, and they seem like a good match, click on the given button to send them a friend request.
Rewards for Inviting Friends in Monopoly GO
By using the contact list method to add friends, players can earn a bonus of 30 free dice as a reward. Similarly, connecting with a Facebook account grants you25 free dice.
