After a long break,My Hero Academiafinally returns later this week and fans are incredibly excited for the chapter to drop and for the series to continuethe incredible fight that is currently going on between Deku and Shigaraki.This fight has been nothing short of exceptional and has been incredibly nerve-wracking, with Shigaraki being the dominant one as of late. That said, this fight is now edging closer to its climax, with each passing chapter pushing Deku close to the edge, ensuring that he is pushed to the absolute limit and that, in doing so, he wins his incredible battle against the destruction incarnate, Shigaraki.
To achieve that, however, Deku will have to go to extreme lengths, giving up what is his biggest power of all, the One For All. That, and much more will be tackled in My Hero Academia chapter 414.
The Quirk Transfer Begins
My Hero Academiachapter 414 is going to be incredibly amazing for the fans to witness. Fans can rest assured that the chapter will be filled with nerve-wracking stuff, however, the thing that fans are most excited to see in the upcoming chapter of the story is likely going to be the quirk transfer that is going to be carried out by Kudo. Fans know that the vestiges inside of Deku have their backs against the wall and at this point in the story, they only have one thing that they can do and that is to beat Shigaraki from the inside out. From the outside,Shigaraki is almost impossible to take down.
His body is far beyond anything that they have ever faced. At this point, it wouldn’t even be a stretch to say that Shigaraki is the absolute strongest to have ever existed in the world of My Hero Academia. For a character as strong as him, fighting from the outside is illogical. That is precisely why Kudo came up with the plan of beating him from the inside, thanks to help from Star and Stripe. She was the one who figured out the crack inside of Shigaraki’s mental state from within and it is thanks to exploiting this power that Deku can, perhaps, gain the upper hand in this battle.
My Hero Academiachapter 414 will most likely see a quirk transfer take place. Gear Shift will finally move fromwithin the One For Allto inside Shigaraki’s body. This is going to be quite a dangerous strategy for them to employ, however, it is one that could end up giving them the victory. Kudo will most likely transfer inside of Shigaraki’s body and, from there onwards, he, along with all the other vestiges, will try to deal damage to the same crack that Star and Stripe noticed. This would deal internal damage to Shigaraki, and give him open to an attack from Deku, which would then prove to be more effective.
Of course, this is still a risk and, more importantly, the cost of failure is too high. If this strategy fails, then Shigaraki will essentially gain access to Gear Shift, which, as fans know already, is one of the most dangerous Quirks one can have. That said, the quirk transfer would also remove the side effects of Gear Shift from Deku’s body, which will end up aiding him in battle significantly.
Shigaraki Weakens
My Hero Academiachapter 414 will most likely see Shigaraki weakened as he continues to battle Deku. Once the Quirk Transfer takes place, Kudo will likely face some resistance from shigaraki on the inside. However, eventually, he will have to overcome his might and probe into the same crack that represents his weakness and mental fragility. It is highly likely thatMy Hero Academiachapter 414 will see the Quirk Transfer of all the other vestiges inside of Shigaraki as well. This was already hinted at in the previous chapter.
However, it was also stated that Kudo would be the first to transfer. Essentially, this means that all the others will transfer as well, however, Kudo will simply be the first one. When this transfer takes place, Shigaraki will then maybe be weakened by all the others as well, and it will give them a great chance at victory.

This past self of his will most likely be brought to the forefront in My Hero Academia chapter 414. Perhaps, Shigaraki’s hidden memories will once again be put under focus and this will help him reconnect with his past, essentially, giving back a chance at salvation. Fans should be prepared to see Shigaraki’s mental fragility in the upcoming chapters, be it My Hero Academia chapter 414, or some other chapter later on the line.
Banjo’s Important Role
Undoubtedly,My Hero Academiachapter 414 is going to see Banjo play an important role. As was mentioned in the previous chapter of the story, Banjo has the most important role here. He is going to be the last of the vestiges to transfer and his job is to keep Deku alive with the power of Blackwhip. Even if Deku cannot move at the moment, the power of Blackwhip is such that Deku can essentially cast puppeteering on himself, making his limbs move despite him not being able to make any movements. As such, Banjo’s role here is incredibly important and that is precisely why he might be the last one to transfer, or, perhaps, he won’t be transferring at all.
Regardless of which way this goes, fans know that Banjo has an important role to play. Not only does he havehis incredible Quirk to aid Deku in battle, but he’s also very experienced and his valuable input will only help Deku in this massive fight. Another thing that fans need to keep in mind is that Banjo was the first vestige that Deku managed to get in contact with properly and Blackwhip was the first quirk that he awakened. As such, it would make sense for him to be the last one to stick with him as Deku has the strongest bond with him.
With all the Quirk transfers taking place and Shigaraki weakening,My Hero Academiachapter 414 could then see the future Number One Hero fight back to the best of his abilities and not just probe into Shigaraki’s mental state, but also deliver some telling blows, which would then completely alter the state of the fight. Fans are incredibly excited for this fight to continue, and hopefully, Horikoshi will deliver.
