Once January starts, take a visit to Mayoido Antiques, and you’ll find the Tonbo-kiri underneath thePrime Nihil Bladesection. You can craft this to give to Ken Amada, or you can also use it to completeRequest #91 for Elizabeth.
This weapon is not only incredibly strong, but it can also protect Amada from mental ailments. This is quite useful for battles towards the end of the game and can allow Amada to stay active on the battlefield.
