TheWorld of Wondersseason kicked off all the way back in March, and there’s been no stopping the game since then. For the first week of May Niantic is organizing the GO Battle Weekend in the game, giving players an added initiative to take part in the league. When it comes to the free research available for thePokemon GOBattle Weekend, there are a plethora of exciting tasks that players can take part in. They are as follows.
Battle in the GO Battle League 5 times
7,500 XP
Battle in the GO Battle League 10 times
Power up Pokemon 10 times

At first glance, the tasks look quite straightforward. However, considering the short duration of the event, players might need to play for a while to be able to power up their Pokemon 10 times and battle in the GO Battle League. When it comes to getting the supereffective charged attacks, that should be much easier, as a good strategy is to simply use Pokemon which have a type advantage over the current meta. For instance, players can never go wrong by taking in Pokemon which are strong against Ground orDragon types, as these are used quite a lot in the GO Battle League.
As far as the rewards are concerned, they are pretty decent and should help a lot of players level up pretty quickly. The overall rewards of the research aren’t that bad either, with the Hala Style Sandals,Elite Charged TM, and Rare candy offering a pretty good array of benefits for players without costing them anything at all.
