As such, aplethora of characters, both scary and fun, have been introduced to new stories set in various parts of theStar Warstimeline. However, this can come at a cost to older characters, as their stories get left unfinished, and fans wonder what became of them since their last appearance. As such, many promising characters have seemingly vanished fromStar Warscontinuity, with no apparent explanation.
7Figrin D’an
First Appearance: Star Wars: Episode 4 – A New Hope
This Bith musician, leader of his band the “Modal Nodes”, quickly became one of the original trilogy’s most iconic minor characters. His band plays the iconic background music during the famous Mos Eisley Cantina scene inA New Hope. However, Figrin has not appeared in any other films or canon on-screen media since, despite his apparent popularity.
Despite his minor role, the Bith has left an impact on the franchise via his incredibly well-known music. Though hebecame a playable character inLego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga,he and his band could’ve easily appeared in series likeThe Book of Boba Fett.
6Korkie Kryze
First Appearance: Star Wars: The Clone Wars – S3E6 (The Academy)
A young cadet, Korkie was introduced as the nephew of Duchess Satine Kryze, and he played an important role in solving the food shortage crisis in Mandalore. Under Ahsoka Tano’s leadership, Korkie and his friends discovered it was due to the Prime Minister’s shady dealings with criminals. This wouldn’t be the only strong impression that the character made, as fans quickly began to speculate that Korkie was not actually the nephew of Satine, but instead, the secret son between her and Obi-Wan Kenobi, as the two had a tragic love story long before Obi-Wan became a Jedi Master, and Korkie and Obi-Wan share some striking similarities.
Korkie continued to prove his bravery after the takeover of Mandalore by Pre Vizsla of Death Watch and Darth Maul, with Vizsla imprisoning the former Duchess Satine. Korkie stages a bold rescue attempt. Unfortunately, it goes awry, and the cadet is ambushed. It’s unclear if he perished or was simply imprisoned, butso far this is Korkie’s last appearance. Yet, with speculation running wild, is this forgotten son of Mandalore’s story over?

Enfys was only sixteen when she was forced to take her mother’s role as leader of the group and wear her iconic set of armor. With her identity concealed, she sought personal revenge against Crimson Dawn, for terrorizing her home planet.
In the movie, the Cloud-Riders meet Beckett and his crew, which includes Han Solo. After revealing her true motives and identity, Solo is moved and changes his allegiance, deciding to double-cross Dryden Vos and help her instead. Enfys Nest was known for her strong sense of justice, with the Cloud-Riders considered a faction of the Rebellion. As such, she could’ve made an appearance in the first season ofAndor, but unfortunately didn’t.

The son ofthe unfortunate senatorMina Bonteri, Lux realized it was Count Dooku who eliminated her after discovering her peace proposal with the Republic. An ally of Saw Gerrera, he eventually becomes the Senator of Onderon, promising to bring the planet“back to the Republic.”
However, he hasn’t been seen again on-screen. Lux could’ve been referenced or appeared alongside Saw, or the Imperial Senate, in media likeRogue OneorAndor. The senator is featured in the novel Star WarsBattlefront 2: Inferno Squad, but this also leaves his whereabouts a mystery. He’s not apparently killed but gets stunned, however his body disappears.
3Temiri Blagg
First Appearance: Star Wars: Episode 8 – The Last Jedi
A degree of mystery surrounds this child, first seen in the stables on the planet Cantonica. During the film’s events, the boy meets Finn and Rose, and helps them escape the planet. Rose gives him her Resistance ring.
However, he’s also shown to have Jedi abilities. The last scene of the movie focuses on him, which highlights how he could have great potential. Since his appearance though, Temiri Blagg has yet to have another role in additional media set before or afterThe Last Jedi, despite the abilities he has. This is consistent with mostStar Warscontent from the Sequel Trilogy, with characters and themes since unexplored and forgotten, perhaps for better or worse depending on how people view the controversial film trilogy.
2Lobot
First Appearance: Star Wars: Episode 5 – The Empire Strikes Back
A close friend and aide of Lando Calrissian, Lobot is a recognizable character despite his brief appearance. He has the ability to communicate with Cloud City’s central computer system, due to the device attached to the back of his head. Following Calrissian’s orders to galvanize the city’s forces to fight the Stormtroopers, he doesn’t reappear in the movie. The scene of his capture by the Stormtroopers was deleted from the film.
Lobot has a solid presence in comic books but had the possibility to appear inReturn of the Jedi. However, this was also scrapped. Similarly, Lobot could’ve returned with Lando inThe Rise of Skywalker,as it’s unclear if he’d died by then or not.
1Sebulba
First Appearance: Star Wars: Episode 1 – The Phantom Menace
The skillful, albeit notorious Podracer had quite a presence inThe Phantom Menace, wherein he sabotaged Anakin’s pod and was furious when the boy won the race. The arrogant racer was also in a comic, shown to have taken up a new sport: battle racing.
Despite this, Sebulba doesn’t feature in any on-screen shows or other films. He could’ve had the potentialto meet Anakin againupon the Padawan’s return to Tatooine inAttack of the Clones. The Book of Boba Fettis also set in the town of Mos Espa, and seeing that Sebulba was still alive five years prior, at the time ofReturn of the Jedi,he could’ve featured in the series.
