They have varying abilities, which range from high intelligence to superhuman strength. There are plenty of children in anime, who wield incredible powers, but not all of them are on the same level. Some of them are much stronger and have better feats than others.

Time and time again, children in anime have proven that they can be a match for an adult. Some of these children are innately blessed with powers, while others have to put in a great deal of effort to become stronger. Given the fact that most manga series serialized in Shonen Jump are made for younger audiences, there is no shortage of young protagonists who are extremely powerful.

Goten is the youngest sonof Goku and Chi-Chi. He was able to achieve the Super Saiyan form much earlier than his father and brother. In his father’s absence, Goten was taught how to fight by Gohan and Piccolo.

Everyone was impressed by Goten’s progress, and they knew that if he continued to train, he could become one of the strongest fighters in Universe 7. Like any normal person, Goten too has a weakness, and it is quite a big one. He has a habit of diving recklessly head-first into a fight before assessing the situation. This shortcoming has been pointed out by Goku, Piccolo, and others. Despite his shortcoming, there is no denying that Goten is a very powerful character.

Sho Kusakabe is a Fourth Generation pyrokinetic, who has the ability to slow time. In order to slow down time, Sho uses the heat that is given off by the expansion of the universe. Tet has the appearance of a normal human child and no one in their right mind would think that he is actually the One True God. Tet has a plethora of abilities at his disposal which he can use to get the better of his opponent.

Tet is able to teleport and travel to other dimensions without any problems. Furthermore, he is also able to warp reality which makes him an incredibly strong character. Tet has an unimaginable amount of magical power and it is safe to assume that no other member of the Old Deus comes close to him.

9Kagura (Gintama)

Kagura is a member of the fearsome Yato clan, which is known for its amazing physical strength. Her abilities have been acknowledged by her friends and enemies. According to Abuto, Kagura’s fighting abilities far exceed those of an ordinary Yato, and he ranks her among the elite members of the clan.

Kagura’s Yato heritage allows her to overwhelm most of her opponents rather easily. If she loses control over herself, Kagura turns into a ruthless killing machine that only has eyes for the prey. She also carries a parasol, which not only protects her from the sun but also acts as a weapon.

8Gon (Hunter X Hunter)

Gon is the main characterofHunter x Hunter. He is the son of Ging Freecss, who is an extraordinary Hunter. Gon set out to find his father to ask him questions. During his journey, Gon encountered many fierce opponents, which made him stronger. Gon’s ultimate test came when he fought against Neferpitou, who was a member of the Royal Guard.

Under normal circumstances, Gon wouldn’t have stood a chance against the Chimera Ant, but his desire to avenge Kite was so immense that he exchanged his ability to use Nen for the strength to defeat Pitou. The frightening thing is that Gon still has room to grow and become even stronger.

7Boruto (Boruto: Naruto Next Generation)

He might not be the most loved character in the series, but Boruto definitely is a strong contender for the most powerful member of the next generation of ninjas. Boruto has the potential to become a god-level ninja just like his father. Boruto has a unique dojutsu, Jōgan and he also has the Kama.

The Jōgan allows him to see the chakra points of an individual and find their weakest point. The Kama grants him power to Momoshiki’s power, which is extremely high considering it took the combined efforts of Naruto and Sasuke to stop him. If trained properly, Boruto can easily surpass all the previous ninjas including his father, who isthe strongest ninja in the world.

6Killua (Hunter X Hunter)

Killua Zoldyck is a member of the infamous Zoldyck family. They are world-renowned assassins, who are feared for their abilities. Killua’s upbringing was very harsh. He was put through rigorous training and torture as his family believed that he had a lot of potential, and they did not want him to waste his skill elsewhere. Killua is a calculating person, who meticulously thinks about his every move.

On numerous occasions, Killua has outsmarted his enemies and then defeated them in one swift hit. Like his best friend, Gon, Killua too has a lot of room to grow and become one of the strongest characters in the series.

Pride is the second-strongest homunculus that was created by Father. The homunculus hid from the eyes of the world by morphing into the son of Führer Bradley. Pride’s power was heavily reliant on the presence of shadows.

The lack of shadows meant that the homunculus could not create more extensions to take down its enemies. In optimal surroundings, Pride could move at superhuman speeds and his extensions were capable of slicing things without any difficulties. He could also consume another being as he did with Kimblee.

4Eri (My Hero Academia)

She was introduced during the Overhaul arc in the series. Despite being only 7 years old, Eri has the potential to become a series threat in the future, and it is mainly due to her quirk. Her quirk— Rewind is one of the most incredible quirks in the entire series.

The quirk allows her to revert the body of a living person to its previous state. With this quirk, Eri can make a person younger, and heal their injuries. Eri was able to restore the quirk of Mirio Togata, who lost it in his fight with Chisaki.

3Sugar (One Piece)

Sugar is too old to be a child, but because of her devil fruit, her body stopped aging. She looks like an ordinary child, but she is armed withone of the most overpowered devil fruits. Sugar possesses the Hobi Hobi no Mi, which is a paramecia-type devil fruit. It allows her to turn anyone she touches into toys.

Any person who is turned into a toy is immediately erased from the memories of all the people that knew them. With such a powerful devil fruit, Sugar is not someone to be underestimated.
