These missions are relatively straightforward and act as simple tutorials for each squad member. They are rather linear in design, and as soon as players access the elevator leading to the Hall of Justice, their next mission, Five Finger Discountwill activate, alongside a pop-up window on the far right confirming thatSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice Leaguematchmaking has been unlocked.
The Squad Menu can be found on the interactive screen ofSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Once accessed, players can view their roster of characters, with the ability to change loadouts, swap characters, and invite friends. To invite friends, players need toclick-in the L3 button from the Squad Menu. This willopen up an online tab, whichshows online friendsthat have been added across the multiple platforms available: PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox Series X|S.
All players need to do from here is toselect their friend’s name, highlighted in green, which will thensend an invitation to join if they hold down the X/A button. Players who receive an invite will receive a pop-up window on the left, with the Session Invite asking if players want to accept with the interaction button or reject with the options button. Once players join, their main squad character will join the roster of players, regardless of how many other players are the same character or otherwise.
If players do have a squad without the original four members, they may experience some minor audio and story discrepancies. For instance, if King Shark is not in the squad, they will still hear his scripted audio and he will appear in cutscenes, replacing the extra character.
Once players are in the same squad, they simply need toselect Join The Action, which will throw them directly into where they last left off, or wherever the host player currently is,as long as that is not in an active combat area.
