The auto-battler,Super Auto Pets, has been growing in popularity lately, withmany newcomers joiningthe party. The overall leveling system is rather simple as all the player must do in order to level their pet is tobuy duplicatesof a specific pet they’re trying to level up and combine them. However, there are a few simple tips to keep in mind when trying to level up a team as quickly as possible. For any newSuper Auto Petsplayers, here are a few tips and tricks to follow when aiming for higher-level teams.
Aim For Common Pets
One of the easiest ways of ensuring a leveled-up pet in the early stages is to go for the most common pets. If there are no good choices for the pets in the initial pool, the player can take their chances and use a coin to roll and reset their pool of pets to choose from.
There are different spawn rates for each pet and while it may be difficult to differentiate the morecommon rolls apart from the rarer ones, after a few rounds it will be more apparent. Not only can players estimate the pull rates of each pet from their own rolls but from the enemy teams that they encounter as well.
From here, then the player can choose to recruit from the pets with a better spawn rate to better their chances of rolling duplicates to buy and level up.
An extra tip to remember (especially in earlier games) is that in some situations, it can be better to buy duplicates and keep them separate on the team before combining them to level them up. The level-up is sometimes better to leave for another round as it only buffs the pet plus one health and plus one attack.
Keeping the duplicates on the team separately in early rounds can help with numbers. Once the last duplicate shows up, then it’s best to combine pets in order to fully level up rather than just get the small health and attack buff.
Remember To Freeze
Freezingpets or itemsis an often forgotten tool in the game and must be used in order to take full advantage of each and every turn. If there is a duplicate of a pet needed and there aren’t enough coins in the bank, don’t end the turn so quickly! It doesn’t cost the player anything to freeze an item or pet, so it’s best to freeze any valuable items/pets before ending each turn.

Freezing a certain pet doesn’t stop it from spawning a second time in any of the other open spots as well, so freezing can also lead to a quick level jump in a single turn.
Learn Money Management
It’s avery common mistakefor newer players to often not utilize their coins to the maximum efficiency. Sometimes it is best to take the chance and use coins for rolls instead of buying pets for the sake of filling spots or buffing a pet that doesn’t really need an item just yet.
There’s a good reason why the game prompts the player when they are attempting to end a turn with coins left over. If there are one to two coins left and there isn’t anything to buy, make sure to use those leftover coins for some rolls; that way the player can heighten their chances of rolling duplicates.
Use Chocolate
There is asingle food itemin the game that allows players to level up their pets, and it is the delicious chocolate bar. The chocolate bar is a tier six food item and costs three coins.

After buying it, it can be given to a single pet to give them one point of experience, as well as one point for attack and health. Rolling for the chocolate or freezing it in times of need can help level up pets quickly.
Buying Pets From Newly Unlocked Tiers
The different tiers of pets are locked in earlier stages of battle and are unlocked along the way as the player progresses. to try to jump on some of the higher-tier pets as soon as possible, the player can opt to buy a pet from the newly unlocked tier as soon as they get the chance.
Buying and investing in a newly unlocked pet can help provide moreopportunities to roll duplicatesin later stages of the game.
The DLC
There are exactly two pets that come in the paid expansion ofSuper Auto Petsthat affect the experience, and they are the Caterpillar and the Hatching Chick. The Caterpillar has one attack and three health and has theability to gain experiencethat scales with its level.
Meanwhile, the Hatching Chick needs to be leveled up to level three in order to reap any experience benefits. Once it reaches level three, it then gives the friend ahead one point of experience and an extra health point and attack point.
