Nintendo has finally revealed that theSuper Smash Bros. UltimateDLC 5 character is none other than Byleth fromFire Emblem: Three Houses. As is typical ofSuper Smash Bros. UltimateDLC fighters, Byleth will be coming to the game with his very own stage, which was revealed and detailed alongside the new character.

Unsurprisingly, Byleth’s stage inSuper Smash Bros. Ultimateis based onFire Emblem: Three Houses. Upon downloading theByleth DLC, players will have access to the Garreg Mach Monastery, which is split up into a few different areas: the Marketplace, Reception Hall, Bridge, and Cathedral, with the game rotating through these different areas.

The Marketplace will have Blue Lions House guests in the form of Dedue, Dimitri, and Ingrid. It will also contain vendor booths that players can destroy to create more fighting room on the battlefield. The next area is the Reception Hall, inhabited by Black Eagle House members Dorothea, Edelgard, and Petra. In the Reception Hall,Super Smash Bros. Ultimateplayers can knock down chandeliers and destroy tables.

Next players will be able to visit the Bridge, which is occupied by theGolden Deer House membersClaude, Hilda, and Lorenz. And finally, theSuper Smash Bros. UltimateFire EmblemDLC stage will take players to the Cathedral, where they will find Seteth, Rhea, and Flayn.

The Garreg Mach Monastery DLC stage forSuper Smash Bros. Ultimateand the Byleth DLC weren’t the only things showcased by game director Masahiro Sakurai today. TheSuper Smash Bros. Ultimatedirector also pulled the curtain back on some newMii Fighter DLC costumesthat are coming to the game, based onCupheadand various Ubisoft and Capcom video game franchises.

It was also revealed thatSuper Smash Bros. UltimateFighters Pass Volume 2will keep the game supported through 2021, and will contain a whopping six new DLC characters, bringing the total up to 11. This means thatSuper Smash Bros. Ultimatefans can likely look forward to at least 11 more DLC stages as well, so it will be exciting to see what new battlefields Sakurai and his team dream up for the ambitious crossover fighting game.
