Several weeks ago, singer-songwriter Taylor Swift released the re-recording of her fourth studio album, Red. Unsurprisingly, Swift’s latest record became a worldwide obsession that not only dominated music charts but also made its way to the video game industry and the quaint and charming world ofAnimal Crossing: New Horizonsthat just received a huge quality of life update and apaid DLC expansion called Happy Home Paradise.

One of the songs that fans looked forward to the most in Red (Taylor’s Version) is the 10-minute version of All Too Well. Alongside the new song, Swift released a 15-minute short film that chronicles the story of a relationship gone wrong starring Sadie Sink, Dylan O’Brien, and Swift herself. Now, as spotted on TikTok, it appears that a Taylor Swift fan just recreated a part of the music video inAnimal Crossing: New Horizons.

This fan-made recreation of the All Too Well short film shows the scene where Saide Sink’s character is celebrating her birthday with friends. Of course, instead of other human characters, the recreation video featuressome of the cutest villagers inAnimal Crossing: New Horizonsplaying as Sink’s friends, while the player character takes the lead role. However, one significant difference between the All Too Well short film and the fan-made video is the appearance of the lead female character, which appears to be modeled after Swift herself, rather than the red-headed character portrayed by both Sink and Swift in the music video.

While it is unsurprising to see players recreating their favorite music videos in the game, it is worth remembering that this isn’t the first time thatsomeone made Taylor Swift inAnimal Crossing: New Horizons. Just days after the release ofAnimal Crossing: New Horizonslast year, fans started to recreate some of Swift’s most iconic outfits from her other music videos. Apart from this, fans also took the time to carefully recreate Swift’s album covers from her debut album Taylor Swift, up to 2019’s Lover.

Luckily for players who haven’t gone back to their islands inAnimal Crossing: New Horizonsfor quite some time now, Nintendo released a huge update that introduced a wide variety of quality-of-life features and bug fixes that fans have asked for since the game’s release. Additionally, the Happy Home Paradise DLC expands the game’s mechanicsby allowing players to create and decorate vacation homes for villagers. However, players must know that while the update 2.0 is free, Happy Home Paradise is a paid DLC that players can either access by making a separate purchase or by subscribing to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack.
