Shatterlineis a new first-person shooter that has recently been launched inearly access on Steam. The game takes place in apost-apocalyptic worldwhere an extraterrestrial danger has come, changing the majority of the planet’s population into crystalline-infected monsters. 10Increasing Audio Volume
Increasing all audio to 100% is a fantastic thing gamers can do if they want to really immerse themselves in the game. While 80% volume may feel about right, players can turn it all the way up to fully enjoy the game’s soundtrack to its maximum extent. Changing the audio to full may also make it easier to hear key auditory signals, such as enemy footsteps.
Gamers can max up all four of the volume options: Master, SFX, Music, and Dialogue volume (like in the picture above).
9Defeat Enemies Using Crates
The second feature aboutShatterlinethat players may not know is that crates will be placed all over the area when they move around the open battlefield and try to kill opponents.
Gamers may eliminate opponentsby using these crates to their advantage by completely detonating them on their most dangerous enemies. This will make them helpless and eliminate them as a threat to the players and their allies. When these crates blow up, the gamer’s opponent will be completely out of sight and out of the fight.
8Shooting From Up High
As gamers engage in an intense clash with their opponents in PvP, it might be tough to rush across the whole battlefield and take them down at the same time if they’re on the ground.
For this reason alone, it is often seen as a smart strategy to locate things that can be moved across the platform and bring them to a spot not too far from their target’s location. After putting it in position, a player can hop on top of it, and start firing away at their foe.
7Targeting The Same Enemy
Another thing to keep in mind is that once gamers decide on playing with a certain teammate, they should complete all of their tasks together. From remaining together on the map to sprinting about together, exploring the environment together, and even stopping to take a break together.
If gamers come across one of their teammates already firing at an opponent, they should join forces with them and continue to fire at the enemy. They have a good chance of winning the 2v1 duel since it will enable them to obtain a significant lead over their opponent with very little work on their part and will result in their opponent’s quick defeat.
6Avoid The Use Of Ziplines
The next topic of discussion will be ziplines. Typically, players inShatterlineuse these to teleport from one end of a tall structure to the other.

However, it might be the greatest error gamers make. If they go along the ziplines, there is a good probability that they will be eliminated right away due to the fact that they will be unable to protect themselves in any way, and their opponents will be free to eliminate them while they arepreoccupied with ziplining. So be sure to use ziplines cautiously.
5Learn From The Opponents
The next thing that players need to know is to learn from the opponents that they are aiming to battle and win against. Many times, these foes will have strategies under their sleeve that they may use to take the upper hand and defeat players.
One of the most effective strategies that other players may end up doing is to conceal themselves by moving to an area where theycannot be seen, such as behind a wall or a crate, or by standing in an area that is not in a direct line of sight.

Moving on, players may use something else to their benefit, and it is directly related to one of the initial tips we stated, which was to boost the player’s volume (whether it’s Master, SFX, Music, and Dialogue volume).

While gamers are free to pursue and eliminate their enemies in any way they see fit, it is essential that they keep track of their footsteps and investigate the origin of the sound. Because of this, they will be able to make preparations in advance and render their opponents ineffective.
3Hidden Tactics
Next, after players have successfully located the tracks left behind by their rivals, the most effective tactic they can use will be to take cover in a corner. Be sure to choose a place that will be closer to the location of a foe, to have the opportunity to wipe them off more quickly.
It is important that gamers choose a location where the enemy will not be able to see them in any way, shape, or form. Once moved into position, stay still since the instant a player moves,the sound of their footstepswill be heard, and this might result in their defeat.
2Be Faster Than The Opponent
Players may also be interested in learning how to slide through corners. When they’re engaged in battle, their opponents will often try to conceal themselves by hiding behind a corner and idly waiting for them to come closer, so they can shoot.
To avoid this, they can sneak their way to the corner, and once they’re there, instead of attempting to peek around the corner, they should quickly slide out, take out their opponent, and then slide back into safety. This will prevent the opponent fromshooting the player.

Instead, see this defeat as an opportunity to learn from the experience and work toward mastering that enemy’s strategy.
Therefore, the next time gamers find themselves engaged in a hard encounter, they should try hiding behind a different crate, jumping down from above to ambush them, or just catching them off guard with a sneak attack.
