Pacing is a big part of what makesTwo Point Campusso delightful. An entire school year takes a while to complete, giving players enough time to celebrate successes, recover from disasters, grow attached to the students and staff, and set the groundwork for the next year.

Sometimes, gamers will want to speed things up since there is nothing to do. The needs have been met, the personal goals are all achieved, and they’re saving up for the next big investment. Other times, they’ll want a second to take care of many urgent issues that came up at the same time. Here’s how to master time inTwo Point Campus.
Pausing Time
The pause button will vary based on the device used to play the game. For PC gamers, they can simply click the pause button just above the calendar. It’s the buttons furthest left when looking at the right side of the interface. Console gamers only need to clock the left thumbstick.

Pausing is especially helpful when there is a good amount to do. Leaving the game playing while building, for example, might lead to missing the next available time to schedule an event for a student’s personal goal. This makes the gameas good as any of the recent simulations that have come out.
Speed Up And Slowing Down
Just to the right of the pause button, there are the icons that designate how fast the game is going. PC players can simply click on their desired pace. Console gamers can click on the right thumbstick to toggle between the different speeds.
Going slow has the immediate benefit of being able to control the action. It’s also nice for gamers that want to have some steady progress while they build, not just sit around and wait after their construction is complete. Going faster should be used when everything is under control, buildings are done, the campus is happy, and it’s time to get to the end of the month or year for the next big payout.
