Nightmarshal Styx the Sunderer Location
Unlike the other vampires that choose to stay in their lairs, Nightmarshal Styx the Sunderer is a roaming boss that walks the north-eastern roads of theCursed Forest. The easiest way to pinpoint the location of the boss is by tracking its blood through the Blood Altar, a structure present at the castle.
Teleport to the Cursed Forest Waygate after tracking the blood of the big guy. From there, it’s a tedious walk towards the eastern roads of the forest before encountering Nightmarshal. There might be some regular enemies on the road of the Cursed Forest, but they can be handled with ease.
Weapons and Equipment
Since Nightmarshal is a level 79 V Blood Boss, make sure to have agear of at least level 79to stand a chance in the combat.
Attacks of Nightmarshal Styx the Sunderer
Double Sword Attack
Nightmarshal wields two swords, one in each arm, and he is a very handy swordsman. The Double Sword attack is one of the basic attacks that he will unleash on the opponent.
Bat Attacks
Nightmarshal has the ability to conjure bat attacks at any point during the battle. These blood-colored bats dash at the opponent, causing quick DPS to anything that comes in their contact.
Whirlwind Blades
As if bats were not enough, Nightmarshal starts spinning in circles with his swords pointed outwards after reaching75% HP, launching a swarm of blades at the player. Dodging these blades can be particularly hard when standing too close to Nightmarshal.
Teleportation
One of the favorite moves of Nightmarshal is to transform intoa swarm of bats, teleport behind the opponent and then dash forward and stick the swords into their back. This sneaky and fascinating move can surprise players.
Vampires
At about 50% health, Nightmarshal rises up in the air and summonsthree vampiresto take down his opponent. These vampires attack the player with their melee moves and need to be killed quickly; otherwise, Nightmarshal will keep respawning them.
Ultimate Attack
If the player manages to take down the vampire summon attack and brings down the boss’s health bar to 20%, Nightmarshal finally unleashes his deadliest attack. In this attack, the screen becomes darker and stained with blood, thus reducing the vision of the player. Nightmarshal summons a whole bunch of bat swarms, assailing players from all sides.
