Genshin Impactis one of the biggest games out right now, and players have been enjoying the numerous events that each update brings. However, players who don’t follow miHoYo on social media sites might not see that they often host web events outside of the game as well. Offering a number of different minigames, web events forGenshin Impactallow players to collect extra in-game rewards once they complete the activities.
Genshin Impact’sThousand Questions With Paimon is one of the web events that comes around every so often. Genshin Impact’s Thousand Questions With Paimon
Whenever the “Thousand Questions With Paimon” web event comes around, players are able to visit the HoYoLAB site to participate. The minigame itself is fairly straightforward, as players simply login to their accounts and answer ten trivia questions in order to win rewards. The tentrivia questions are all related toGenshin Impactand cover a variety of topics including characters, lore, locations, bosses, reactions, and more.
Players are given four multiple choice answers for each of the ten questions and must answer all ten questions during each attempt to complete the quiz. Once they have completed the quiz, every correct answer will earn them rewards while the incorrect answers do not. However, ifGenshin Impactplayers choose an incorrect answer, they can retake the quiz after completing a task. The task is usually fairly simple and involves visiting a miHoYo webpage or their social media pages. Once players complete the task, they are able to retake the quiz. Thankfully, players won’t have to redo the entire quiz as they will only need to answer the questions that they got wrong.
Rewards and Future Reruns
The"Thousand Questions With Paimon" web event forGenshin Impacthas appeared twice already and has offered Mora rewards both times. Lasting three days, players can earn 5,000 Mora for every question they answer correctly for a total of 50,000 Mora a day. The only requirement is that players have reached Adventure Rank 10 before participating. As with all web event rewards, the Mora is sent directly to the inboxes ofGenshin Impactplayers and they must redeem the rewards manually.
With the recent return of this web event, it looks like the “Thousand Questions With Paimon” will be returning in the future as well. Unfortunately, it seems that the most recent April rerun of the event was pretty much identical to the original run in December 2020. There’s a lot of potential for a more interesting version of “Thousand Questions With Paimon” given the uniqueweb events that miHoYo has released forGenshin Impactso far.
Although trivia is an interesting concept, it does lack the interaction of other events such as Wanmin Welcome or Slime Paradise. Furthermore, while Mora is always a welcome sight for anyGenshin Impactplayer, a variety of different rewards such as experience books, ascension/talent materials, and enhancement ores could make the event’s future reruns more enticing.
Genshin Impactis available now for Android, iOS, PC, and PS4.
