So, as soon as you receive this letter, you can immediately go in search of this NPC. The letter mentions the watery cave on Ginger Island, which is also known as the Mushroom Cave. Once you enter the cave, move forward until you reach a dead end, and that’s where Fizz will be standing and waiting for you.
When you find this NPC, you can talk to him and find out what he wants. Don’t worry, Fizz won’t hurt you, even though he’s a strange but friendly NPC. It’s worth noting that you can’t start a relationship with him or give him gifts because he’s here for one reason only, which is to offer you a deal.
His offer is quite interesting and not cheap: he sells Perfection Waiverfor 500,000 gold. Perfection Waiver, in turn, will be useful for increasing your perfection score, as it will add another 1% to the scale. Although the offer looks strange, Fizz claims that everything is legal and the contract even has Mr. Qi’s signature on it.
