That said, Breath of the Wild doesn’t use this mechanic to punish players. In fact, it inspires creative solutions and also prompts Link to start exploring different recipes that can aid him in his adventures. There are a huge number of dishes in Breath of the Wild that specifically restore and increase stamina, and Link can quickly chow down if he needs to sprint away from an enemy or scale a great mountain. It’s safe to say that keeping a few stamina restoring dishes on hand will be instrumental in keeping players calm and collected, and saving Link from a devastating fall. With that in mind, a few more stamina-restoring dishes are now included on this list to help players keep Link’s energy up.
